Therapy Services
We provide individual, couple, and family psychotherapy for children and adults.
Yoga
We provide individual yoga sessions with a focus on your personal mental health. We also provide group yoga for work related stress reduction and team building and after school yoga for increasing mindfulness and movement in children.

Initial intake and assessment: $150
1 hour therapy: $115
1 hour individual yoga: $75
